36 Films for the Perfect Holiday Movie Night

Every December, my sisters and I have a holiday movie marathon. We pull out all the stops with our level of festive cheer. This year we are going to ZooLights at Lincoln Park Zoo, an Italian restaurant for dinner, and concluding the evening with our annual Christmas movie marathon. Even though we are always full from dinner, we make popcorn and have peppermint flavored everything as a snack option. Everyone spends the night at my house and we usually fall asleep after only a few films. It’s always a great time and we’ve maintained the tradition for over 10 years. Here are some of our favorite films to watch during the holiday season. For us, it wouldn’t feel like the Christmas season without them!
