Cheers to 11 months in South Korea. ✌️🎉 I love this country so much. And unrelated to this photo — I can officially read and write in Korean. 🥳
Never taking this spring weather for granted. Back home in Chicagoland, spring kind of feels like a second winter — the temps are cold, and there’s a lot of mud along with some last-minute snow showers. ☃️
Boo Boo loves Korean culture. I mailed her a hanbok dress of her own, and she never wants to take it off because it’s so beautiful. 🥰 She’s also tried Pepero, Butter Chips, and Choco Pie. I love this sweet baby so much and I’m so proud of her for trying new things. My students were SO happy and excited to see this snapshot of her on Easter in her traditional Korean clothing. ♥️
It’s cherry blossom season, y’all. Happy Easter! ☺️🌸🙏

Such a humbling experience visiting the War Memorial of Korea. The War Memorial was built to commemorate the military veterans and victims in the wars which led to the modern nation state. 🇰🇷
